"OK... so NO correct guessers including myself, except that I got to speak with the owner!

Cat, cattle, TV, Catalina Island? NOPE... just a SEATTLE NATIVE! A very nice woman, and I told her this has got to be one of the MOST creative plates that I have seen in some time!"
