Dodgy as
I spotted this just after I'd made my mid-morning latte in the building next to where I work.
Unfortunately now that I've spotted it I'll be conscious one of those cords is from the coffee machine....
hpx has been busy outside in her post-concrete path world. But wait there's more... The main guy came around this evening and was dismayed to see a couple of sections of the new concrete were scuffed as the guys removed the boxing today. I'm to have a colour applied (charcoal) free of charge. I prefer that over the bright white concrete goes once it's completely dry.
In the scheme of things the scruffs to the surface aren't too bad but I'm happy to take the colour treatment :-) I cleaned up around the front door and made the place look at bit more presentable, but once they're done someone comes and cleans all the sprayed slurry from the fence etc. I lugged the worm farm to under the ferns and moved anything else lying on the lawn.
I'll focus at least one day of the coming long weekend on tidying up the garden. I have mountain plans for one day - if the weather behaves :-)
I wasn't too sure about the concrete job but I'm confident now it isn't a dodgy job.
