Typical Autumn street scene in Rochester

On the way to the High Street again, before the rain all the roads seemed to have this look. There seem to be road works on every other corner at the moment. Some in the road itself some on the pavements. The gas men are doing something major methinks...

Very quiet in the shop this morning. Not many sales.
Sundry domestic and school work in the afternoon.

Apologies for my apathy with comment writing, I feel a bit lethargic at the mo... maybe I need to improve my caffeine intake... Half Term starts in 1.5 days! I shall attempt reinvigoration then!
