Road to nowhere

It did sound a bit breezy overnight but there was no sign of any destruction until I went off towards Iron Hill with the dogs this morning. Not only was the Midhurst road blocked by a fallen tree (you can just about make the road out beneath the blue sign) but also Highfield Lane next to it leading to Haslemere. So the dogs and I parked up and took an unexpectedly new route along the Sussex Border Path and the Lipchis Way, got a little lost, and then bumped into a nice lady walking a spaniel who helped us find ourselves again.
