Mad dogs...

...and Englishmen go out in the midday sun wind and rain.

A blustery and wet walk up to the summit of Mount Corin which boasts a very impressive cairn and 360 degree views over Dunmanus and Bantry Bays to the north, Roaring Water Bay and Mount Gabriel to the south and west.

Here are son Will and his lovely girlfriend Jo snuggling out of the howling wind in the lee of the cairn. Roaring Water Bay (and Jeremy Irons' castle) just visible through the mist.
