Sitting in the rain

I'd taken some photos of my budgie Ozzie before I left the house today and I was fairly sure that one of them was going to be my blip. I definitely hadn't thought that I would be blipping Mr Heron but there he was sitting in the rain at the small pond when Alfred and I walked past it this afternoon and fortunately I managed to take a couple of shots.

Except for two very short dry spells, my day off work has been a completely wet day! I normally don't mind the rain but I would have preferred to have been able to do either at least one of the two runs on my bicycle to the apartment, or my walk this afternoon with Alfred without getting soaked!
