Great Sphinx of Essex

Arrived home late from Birmingham to find this fellow and his two sphinx mates posing on the table. Rumour has it that this is what the "Great Sphinx of Giza" that stands on the Giza Plateau on the west bank of the Nile in Giza, Egypt looked like originally - believe that then you will believe anything.
