A nice day for it!

Only my second real outing since leaving hospital 4 weeks ago. Took the dogs along to Colwyn Bay to blow away some cobwebs. I think we all enjoyed it, the weather was cold but very sunny.

Colwyn Bay's recent claim to fame is that they have imported a new beach. Improvements to sea defences along the promenade costing £6m were undertaken earlier in the year. Sand was imported twenty-four hours a day, 7 days a week for 4 weeks. Over 500,000 tonnes were brought in and it's looking good I have to say.

Then we finished off with fish and chips whilst watching the sunset, almost perfect, (perfection would have been 20 C warmer) ;-)
