Adnams 10k

Back home for the Adnams 10k and so it had to be a running shot :) although I was not expecting camerawomen Rachel to take such a good one of me and my Mother! We completed the run together, allowing me to enjoy the run a bit and also to rest the knee slightly (there was no pain in the end, sports massages are obviously working!) but it was also a lot of fun running with her and getting some reflected cheering as everyone knew her even if they didn't know me!

Congratulations to our little crew of runners - my big sis Rebecca, Owen, Stef and Em - for all completing the run and for the respective accomplishments whether it was time wise or simply just for getting round!
