De Wet and Nicci's New House

I have blipped their houses often, in fact, our house was built by them as their first step to success! ;-) After we bought it from them, they built 2 more double storey houses in our complex, sold them and then built a single storey, awesome house and planned on staying there forever, but then they were offered much more than what they bargained to get for it, and just had to let it go. Dear Nicci is quite fed up with moving, especially since their little boy was born early 2012, but now they have made the final decision to build themselves a 'dream house' and not to sell it again! This is it! I will show you the progress, and they hope to move in by 1 March 2014, I promise to show the completed project then!

Just love their view of the mountain towards the north, and towards the south they have a full view of the Hartbeespoort Dam.
