Cylon Victim

I was at a loose end I thought I'd start watching the first series of Battlestar Galactica again. For some reason my eyes registered this photo on the wall of remeberance of those lost in the destruction of Caprica and I thought "Hang on, isn't that Kal Penn?"

What do you think? Possibly an inside joke?
