Peace & Good Will

Early this morning I drove to work & looking in the rear view mirror noticed a very nice sun rising. Details of the previous day's meeting filled me with renewed dread and I was feeling quite low. I decided to stop off and have a morning walk along the front to unwind when I took this blip. The statue is called Angel of Peace or Peace Statue and in the background are the remains of the West Pier, the sunrise is a beautiful added feature. I really like the shadows in the foreground too. It marks the boundary between Brighton & Hove & commemorates the reign of King Edward VII

Later I took part in another meeting where recognition awarded good will to others and it helped to raise my spirits.
