Another box!!

This is P’s writing slope on which I spent time this evening cleaning off the bottom. It needs some TLC.

It has been a busy day. We started it in Worcester and had a long drive home. The A14 was closed due to a serious accident, so we had to detour.

Home to unpack and sort out the stuff!! I then had a visit from a neighbour to collect some knitted toys for Christmas presents. Fortunately I knitted another monkey at the weekend, it just needs to be sewn up, as that was one of the animals she wanted!!

Furniture restoration class this evening. I’m still working on my writing slope, but it has developed some wrinkles in the veneer which needed ironing out and left to cool off.
