Today's the day ......................... to walk in a circle

It's become a bit of a tradition that during our week here - we do a circular walk around Loch Achray. Today was the day.

It's not a difficult walk. It's about five miles long and mostly on the flat but I remember when I did it in 2011, I very nearly didn't make it back because of hip pain. In fact, I think that particular walk made me start to think that my sister-in-law was right and that there was nothing for it but to have the op!

Today, I skipped round like a spring lamb counting my blessings all the way. This is a view of our little castle where we're roughing it for the week ......................
