The upset of last night resulted in a sleepless night and I was feeling pretty awful all day today.

As world leaders gather this week to pay tribute to Nelson Mandela.........I recall buying this badge in London several years ago.

I can't imagine how it feels to be incarcerated for years on end. You must lose the will to live.

Headed over to York this evening hoping for a better night.
