Saying Goodbye

I feel I should apologise for this image in case it isn't quite the right thing to post, but I wanted to record the day as it is the first time ever I have been to a crematorium. All went well at Geraldine's mum's funeral and she even managed to hold it together to deliver a really beautiful eulogy.

Had a really lovely time chatting with family/friends later. Can't believe the weather. I managed to drive from Bromley to Trowbridge and back without any incident. Shattered now though so need to get to bed asap. Such an early start today to collect the car at 8am; now have to deliver it back the same time, so another early start.

Hope you're all safe. The wind at times really howled and the rain was worse than standing under a shower. I have enjoyed the milder temperature though. :))
