Swoose (mute swan/domestic goose hybrid)

I had heard about this unusual bird and decided to investigate. It seemed to have adopted as its base a stretch of the river Frome which included Wool Bridge. And it must have known that I was coming.

Wool Bridge was an ideal location from which to photograph it.
