proper burger
It's next to impossible to get a proper burger in Finland. Basically, to get one you have to make it yourself. Today I tried this recipe for the buns. Worked out pretty well. I ended up eating two of these, totaling 400 grams of beef. I guess I won't be feeling hungry for a while...
edit: Like queenie pointed out, this is not really as good as it gets. I had to use a lesser quality cheddar since I was a lazy shopper on Saturday and bought all ingredients from a single place and they didn't have any. Shame on me.
