Converted?

Dave reckoned I not only had to blip his beetroot, haloumi and almond salad that he spent ages making (boiling then roasting the beetroot, cooking the haloumi, toasting the almonds, making the dressing) because it looked so good, I also had to eat some - me not being a fan.

In fact it was pretty nice. Not vinegar-y liked the canned stuff and less 'woody'.

It really was very pretty!
