Meadows sunrise

I had a hard job this evening choosing which of the snaps of this morning's sunrise sky over the Meadows would make it into my journal. Here is the winner. It is interesting to compare it a shot taken from the same spot on a misty morning in December 2012.

I'm pleased to report to the regular readers of my journal that I survived my day of ten meetings and two supervisions. Phew!

Exercise today: morning running loops in 28'11" (1 second slower than yesterday, 5 seconds off last Thursday's PB), sit-ups, walk to work and walk home again (2 hours).
