Back on schedule!
Early morning, 5-miles along the canal ... back on my training-schedule now :-)
Pretty cold in Edinburgh this morning, but still no significant ice on the towpath ... quite remarkable at this time of year really.
Anyhow - swim tomorrow; then big-run on Saturday!
