Breakfast at Gracie Joes, the same restaurant whose windows I Blipped on January 7th. This compact establishment has an open concept kitchen adjacent to the dining area. The cook works rapidly and efficiently and hardly ever seems to say a word.

Shot with the wide-angle ōlloclip lens. Adjusted contrast and luminance in Snapseed and then debated how much colour to keep. Finally decided on total desaturation to highlight the composition.
