Campanile.

This beautiful Campanile is in the centre of Cortina d'Ampezzo. Black and white for Paladian's Mono Monday.
It has snowed all day again! The snow ploughs have managed to widen the main road through town to enable one of the ski buses to run. A couple more chairlifts are open too so more runs available but visibility very poor with low cloud and snowing so we actually only stayed on the first run today. I hope the cloud lifts before we have to leave - I haven't seen the Dolomites yet!! Very frustrating knowing that they're up there amongst the cloud!

We've found a very nice little wine bar tucked down a lane just off the main road that serves meat and cheese anti-pasti and a smooth local Pinot Noir. They play Argentine tango music - my favourite being Gotan Project, La Revancha. (Sorry no link!)

My funkclub twitter friend from Verona is stuck in Treviso, we were hoping for an International tweet-up. He comes here this week every year but the snow is the deepest it's been for thirty years! Hope he makes it! :-)
