Mooey cow...
... the most loved toy ever..?
This is Alex's 'cow' who he has loved since he was tiny (given to him by his big sister).
She is only about 15 cm high
She was a soft velvet plush toy of yellow and purple colour - she is now bald and so threadbare that her 'body' has huge holes in it where the stuffing falls out so she has been 'clothed' in a number of different inexpensive fleecy socks (Thanks Primark!) which have been adapted by the cutting of leg (and tail) holes.
This sock modeled was her new Christmas outfit... still doing the job...
(N.B. - I had 'parental permission' to create images for blip!)
More Chaos at school today - the kitchen saga continues -
The gas is still off but there was a fire with something electrical this morning which took out the electrics in the whole of one building - the one with the offices and photocopiers etc...
This meant no access to the servers so computer data in the other buildings could not be accessed either! The children/staff/cooks were evacuated from the building for two hours whilst the 'men' were called to check and reconnect.
Lessons were very suddenly redesigned...
(Packed) lunches were all half an our later than usual...
The afternoon was surprisingly 'normal'!
I am really pleased to say my Half Term starts here!
