Dd at The Palace

Special lunch out on my 54th birthday at Copacabana Palace Hotel! I'm always happier when I'm an even age, so we're off to a good start! The restaurant by the pool at the Palace has long been a venue for special occasions, and we've just finished a video Skype call with my mum taking her on a virtual tour of the place we had lunch with her 10 years ago..she was quite tickled to be 'back'!
