If you can't beat them...

Snowdrops.

First I feel I should apologies to the casual readers of my blip. It is very heavily influenced by my recent operation. However that is the reason that after nearly 4 years I converted from a guest account to a member. Many thanks to those who have soldiered on reading the journal and making the much appreciated supportive comments.

Today's position. I am getting used to sleeping in 1 1/2 to 2 hour spells with moving about in between. Oh how I am looking forward to being allowed to sleep on my side again (another 8 to 10 weeks). The weather was dull and "mizzley" when we set out for today's saunter. After yesterday's success I decided to make the route a little longer. Down the estate and back up a little path by the stream followed by most of yesterday's route. This increased the distance to about 600 yards.

It does however have one draw back, most of the route was walked yesterday and so new photo opportunities were few. As a result the best I got were these naturalised Snowdrops on the far back of the beck. Hopefully as I get more mobile you will be treated to more interesting shots.
