Only 13-weekends to go now, until the pictured event!
As regular readers will know, I am - in the main - managing two mid-week swims PLUS 2 mid-week 5-mile runs (as per today) ... taking those 4 mid-week events as a given; here's my Marathon-plan for the remaining 13-weekends!
22/23 Feb: out of Edinburgh/rest-weekend
1/2 Mar: 14-miles
8/9 Mar: out of Edinburgh/rest-weekend
15/16 Mar: running Kilomathon - 13.1km
22/23 Mar: 16-miles
29/30 Mar: 18-miles
5/6 Apr: 18-miles
12/13 Apr: 18-miles
19/20 Apr: +20-miles
26/27 Apr: doing the Edinburgh Great Run 10-miles
3/4 May: +20-miles
10/11 May: 16-miles
17/18 May: 14-miles
Sunday the 25th May - hopefully, run a Marathon ;-)
I will keep 'linking back to/reporting on' progress with this schedule from now on :-(
