Party Boat

We went to dinner at our favorite sushi spot with recently returned friends RaspberryJefe and his wife. This little restaurant (four tables and a five-chair counter) is extremely well done, very big city-like (we found out later from our waiter that the owner/chef is from Mexico City). There is a television playing high quality photos of all their food. Any questions about a menu item and the remote is used to illustrate the dish in question. One of those dishes shown on the TV is the party boat, yet I couldn't find it anywhere on the menu. When I asked the waiter, he said that they used it to present a meal to those who order four or more items. We, being hungry as always, had ordered five separate rolls and so four of them came in our very own party boat, while the fifth was on one of their standard plates (in the foreground on the right). A welcome home party full of fabulous food!
