A day to give things up and challenging myself, I'm pretty sure I'll regret my choices by the weekend!

Give up:
Chocolate
Crisps
Biscuits
Cake (except for my nephews birthday cake lol)
Cheese on toast/crumpets (not sure I'll survive!)

Challenges on top of circuits:
Run a minimum of 14miles during March
30 day of plank leading up to 5mins
30 day of squats
30 day of press ups

Looks bad now I've put it in writing! Oh well day 2 finished successfully!

Day 2 - 55 squats, 90sec plank, 2 x 30sec side planks, 60sec one legged plank, 8 press ups. 3m run
