Clanage Cross

I thought that today was going to be a mono day and went out into the grey day looking for something moody and mean to convert to black and white. I got round the corner on my way out of the village and saw these beauties lighting up the way.

There was a nasty yellow grit bin (it's on a bit of a hill) which I had to get rid of but I think it was worth the work I put in. There's one from a different viewpoint here.

I hope your day's not as grey but I suspect that most places in the UK it is. Still tomorrow's Friday unless I'm mistaken.
