lesser celandine - unsung species of spring

To me, lesser celandine is my favourite flower of spring, mainly because it reminds me of Aberystwyth. Along the main hill in and out of the town during spring, the grass banks would be covered in this flower. I liked that it brought so much colour to the road sides and I knew spring was on the way! :)

It's just starting the flower at the moment, look out for it! This was taken in rush, but once their in full flower I think I'll be taking a few more photos of this bright little flower.
