16-miles :-)
Hooray! Actually managed some training today ... and a full 16-miles at that :-)
Was the first run since Tuesday, and was pretty pleased with the overall time and pace (as pictured) at just under 11-minutes per mile.
And the conditions in Edinburgh were really marvellous - my favourite canal was looking rather stunning.
So, just to confirm today's figures:
