Anna's Hummingbird

This is a male Anna's hummingbird.  it's one of my less frequently shot Anna's.  I rarely get a male.  He has a rose cap, a little hard to make out here...you'll have to take my word for it, I guess!

My family starts to arrive tomorrow.  It will be the first time my three (younger) brothers and I will be together with my mom since 2008.  Two of them will be bringing their wives.  They will be coming from New Mexico, Nevada and New York State.  I am really looking forward to their visit.
