We Have Arrived!

Tonight GK and I went to Downtown Dubai to see a 'Light Art' show which has taken over the area for the next few days.

Wonder of wonders...we discovered a brand new shop in a prime location near the fountains....none other than the prestigious Fornum and Mason!!

There are only two stores in the UK......one in Picadilly and the other in Kings Cross.

Apart from those, the Dubai opening....two days ago....is the only other branch they have and the only one overseas!!

Needless to say we had a broggle! They were still stocking the shelves with all their colourful packages of teas and biscuits, preserves and chocolates. A tea room is opening in two weeks time with High Tea, high on the menu!!

We 'tasted' the hand crafted chocolates...very yum!....and I did indulge in a jar of their hand cut bitter orange marmalade!
