9.50 and ready to go to Addenbrookes, phone rings, delay due to machine failure, can I go for 6pm appointment. Agree then at 2pm call to say they have to cancel appointment, so that's another day to be added on the end. As if that was not bad enough didn't sleep to well because of hot flushes ( I sympathise with you ladies). Little bit of light at the end of the tunnel there's an alternative hormone available that does not cause them plus been told to try Evening Primrose oil tablets, you ladies know all about them.
Right got my rants out of the way, went for a walk to the river with my long lens, this image is about 500 metres away but what drew me to it is the curved hedge that I haven't noticed before.
