Solar Power?

Nice view of Cockenzie power station down the coast this morning.
Back in 2005 it was, according to the WWF, the UK's least carbon-efficient power station.
Thankfully it was turned off last year :-)
To be honest, I hate the sight of it and can't wait for it to be eventually flattened.
There are talks of using it as a cruise liner terminal which would hopefully be great for the local community.

Daft news story of the day yesterday (and I'm still not 100% sure I heard it right) was that although England needs extra electricity, they wouldn't buy it from an independant Scotland!
