View from the Clock Tower

The St Albans Clock Tower (see also 30th March) has now opened for the Summer months, and today we climbed its 93 narrow steps to take in the lovely views of the City and surrounding countryside. This photograph looks down George Street towards the magnificent Verulamium Park. The tower is well worth the £1 entry fee.
