Classic

This afternoon colleague-friend Alex and I took our two groups of students for a field trip excursion, starting with lovely light leisurely lunch at a water side cafe, with the intention of then visiting the gardens and museum next door for sketching, photographing, and of course looking at the exhibits .... only to remember once confronted with closed iron gates that all museums are closed on Mondays. Oops. Classic. So, instead, we took a gentle stroll along the water's edge of the Bosphorus, taking photos. In fact, we had a lovely 60minutes of stress-free photography and relaxation bathed in the gloriously warm sunshine. I was hoping for an appropriate pic for MonoMonday challenge of 'transport' - but of course, Murphy's law, my photos managed to capture the ultra rare moments when there were absolutely no boats or ships of any kind. Please use your imagine to insert sea faring vessel in today's view. After all, what else could these young women possibly be looking at?
