Snow Monkeys

Left Tokyo today and got the train to Nagano where we hired a car for a few days. We drove up to Jigokudani Yaen-Koen where there is a troupe of wild Japanese macaques - better known as snow monkeys - that come and bathe in a hot spring. They were fascinating - we could've stayed and watched them all day.

After that, we drove to Hakuba - the ski resort where Adam worked during his first new months in Japan.
