Framed in Flames!

This morning I took GK to work and on my way home stopped to drink in the magnificence of the flame trees that have now come into their own all around the city!!

These ones particularly created a frame for the Trade Centre where, by the time it was taken, she would have been seated at her desk , busily beavering away at all those incoming emails!!

Not so me!

I've been released from my 'shadowing' temporarily while Albert wings his way to Germany to see his eye specialist. He has an infection, bless him, which he bravely bore because he wanted to take his latest flame to the cinema on Saturday! Mum, however, had him on the 8am flight this morning!!

Am expecting him back by the end of the week, which gives me a little breathing space after a tough couple of weeks with exams and assessments. I'll maybe volunteer for supply teaching from Tuesday .......but then again, maybe not!!! I've just so enjoyed today's timelessness!

Apologies for not blipping for the past two weeks....will definitely put that right tomorrow with all my back blips....and catch up with all the comments on your journals. I'll indulge myself and peruse them at leisure!!!

Now....its way past my bedtime!!!
