Swan supper

I spent the whole day locked indoors examining a PhD thesis. This evening I was released to hunt for a blip. Mr hazelh spotted these swans hunting for their supper on the Water of Leith.

Exercise today: running loops in 27'10" (picking up speed again), sit-ups and weights.
