You Woke Up My Neighbourhood

This is my contribution to Mono Monday Street Scene.
And this is our very efficient recycling service in action. They come bright and early some times very early, every Monday morning, and alternative weeks empty either the recycling bins or the ordinary refuse.
This necessitates LooseCanon mowing the lawn in the gathering gloom the night before in order to get the lawn 'droppings' removed next day. Sometimes he's still dressed in his full Lycra cycling regalia if he's just been out on his bike. This used to cause much bafflement to our son's friends who wondered why he put his cycling kit on to mow the lawn.
Sometimes we lose track of which week it is and all the kerfuffle is in vain.
Sometimes I know but don't tell him. Tee hee.
