One's a crowd
I was trying to shoot something completely different when I spotted this weird effect. I thought I was going crazy at first, but the number of passers-by reflected in the window is....one!!
The panes that make up the window are at slightly different angles (to follow the curve of the wall), so they all catch slightly different perspectives of each pedestrian and the scene behind them. Add to that the effect of the joins between the panes, and the shapes and colours showing through from the items in the window, and you get a lot of variation between the repeated reflections.
If you're not convinced, look closer - the handbag's the main clue!
(Ok, so there might be little bit of another passer-by visible along with the leftmost reflection - but you know what I mean!!)
