Spotted in the wild

I know, they might be Blippers:-)
The man had the camera, the woman the binoculars and .... the sausage on a cutting board on her lap.
I've seen this picnicking in the wild before, but this one struck me as just a little bit comical. They're actually sitting not two yards from the main path, there are so many other places they could have chosen to sit birding and picnicking and the trees where the birds might be were lots of yards away.
We were having another hike and I had my 60 mm lens on without AF as I was counting on some macro shots, which obviously is not the best lens for fast sneaky candid shots ;-)
