Tramathematics

It was another busy and (at times) fraught day at work, but I think that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. (I also hope to catch up with my blipfriends over the weekend.)

Exercise today: dear oh dear, loops in 29'05"!!! Then sit-ups and weights, followed by the walk to work (1 hour).
