Birthday cake

So my favourite octogenarian is having a birthday in rather sad circumstances.

Not that that interferes unduly with her joie de vivre.

I've made her an easy-to- swallow birthday cake that is distinctly rich in calories. It contains a pound of chocolate and a pint of cream and very little else. Except some rum.

Any excuse, eh?
