A Father's Day present from my daughter. Can't wait to get the bag of used coffee grounds spiked with mushroom spores soaked tonight. Hopefully I'll be harvesting in a couple of weeks. The instructions say to spray the compost each day to make the mushrooms think it's autumn. Isn't that a description of a Scottish summer?
