Ross Fountain and Edinburgh Castle
Hundreds of people must take a picture of the Ross Fountain every day in the visitor season. It's a great sight even if the water has been turned off for the past few years. Apparently there is a leak underneath the plinth, and the mechanism must be replaced before we see it working again. Of course it costs money and there isn't a lot of it about; here's hoping. It's a classic / clichéd view, but still attractive. Another nice day, but a bit cloudier this evening.
