An update from Fisherrow Harbour - George has written in to say that the mackerel he caught was indeed delicious. No more was said about the dolphins.

Continuing with the fish theme, this is the Mermaid Chippy in Leith Walk. It was filmed a while ago when B-List celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain popped in for some tips on deep fat frying. along with author Ian Rankin of Inspector Rebus fame. As well as introducing you to the Mermaid's delights, the video will introduce non-Scots to the medicinal powers of Irn-Bru, and provides a handy recipe for haggis, should you ever need to produce one in an emergency.

The blip is really the tail wagging the dog, because I've been in search of chips ever since hearing this song on the radio.
