Glasgow 2014: It's here!

Well after an awful lot of preparation, the best city in the world hosts the XX Commonwealth Games in blistering sunshine. I am proud to play a very small part in it.

The opening ceremony was simply wonderful and very very emotional.

Good luck to England, Wales, Northern Ireland and of course all the other countries of the Commonwealth...oh and yes, I nearly forgot 'C'MON SCOTLAND!!!!!!!!! :)
